Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Neuro PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care for up to six Med Surg patients in a mixed acuity unit.
• Float to various units to meet staffing needs, including potential floating to Bellevue campus.
• Administer and manage drips such as Nitro, Heparin, and Insulin across all floors.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including CNAs, care techs, and transport teams.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for documentation and patient record management.
• Adapt to varying patient ratios, ensuring quality care in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Active RN license; pending license accepted with submission guidelines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Required certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Experience with EPIC charting system mandatory.
• Capability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration.
• Experience at a Level I Trauma Center preferred.
