Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgical teams to provide optimal patient care in the operating room.
• Monitor patient conditions during surgeries and report any changes to the surgical team.
• Prepare and maintain operating room environments, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
• Administer medication and manage postoperative care for surgical patients.
• Implement physician orders and assist with surgical procedures as needed.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent OR experience with travel, or 3 years recent OR experience with no travel.
• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact license meeting NLC guidelines.
• Experience with some transplant procedures is preferred.
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility.
• Available for call as discussed during interview; block scheduling is not guaranteed.
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions allowed.
