Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care in an outpatient clinic with an emphasis on urology.
Manage and perform catheter exchanges and related procedures.
Assist in trial of void and trial of passage for patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams such as interpretation services and phlebotomy.
Maintain patient and procedural documentation using Epic charting system.
Participate in telephone triage and follow-up care discussions.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington or Compact RN license.
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, including a focus on emergency, pre/post, or outpatient settings.
Experience with catheter management and exchanges required.
Proficient in using Epic for patient charting.
Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary team coordination.
Travel nursing experience required.
