Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to neonatal and adult ICU patients.
Assist in high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal intubations.
Administer and manage complex respiratory therapies including BiPAP and CPAP.
Float between various units within the facility, adapting to different patient care needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR.

Qualifications

Valid WA state license or compact license in hand.
Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory care with NICU level III or IV experience.
Certification in ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS required.
Experienced with Epic charting system and familiar with high-frequency ventilators.
Must be flexible in working schedule and available every other weekend.
Ability to handle complex clinical situations and prioritize patient care effectively.
