Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Outpatient Clinic to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and obtain vital signs in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Interpret arrhythmias and respond to cardiovascular emergencies including cardiac arrest/CPR.
• Educate patients on condition management, especially concerning lifestyle and medication adherence.
• Participate in telephone triage to provide remote patient evaluation and direction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Administer oxygen therapy and monitor pulmonary status as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with eligibility to practice in Washington or possession of a compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an outpatient cardiology clinic setting with triage skills.
• BLS certification and proficiency in EPIC charting system required.
• Proven expertise in arrhythmia interpretation and managing cardiac emergencies.
• Experience in managing anticoagulation therapy and monitoring post-procedural complications.
• Ability to educate patients on complex medical information and lifestyle modifications.
