Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative care to patients requiring surgical procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including up to 5 call shifts a month.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1 to ensure focused, individualized care.
- Utilize the Epic charting system for accurate documentation.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including specialists and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to operating room procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in WA or compact state equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience required.
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and CNOR highly preferred.
- Experience with Epic or similar healthcare charting systems required.
- Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call duties as needed.
- Skills in various surgical procedures, including arthroscopy and laparoscopy.
