Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive discharge planning and needs assessments.
- Order durable medical equipment (DME) in accordance with patient plans of care.
- Perform utilization reviews and manage case management duties.
- Maintain expertise in regulatory requirements, including CMS guidelines.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with EPIC systems.
Qualifications
- Active RN license required; must be obtained by submission.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute hospital experience required.
- Experience in ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Obs specialties required.
- Previous charge experience required.
- EPIC electronic medical records experience necessary.
- Ability to pass EKG compliance exam as mandated by facility guidelines.
