Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform electrophysiology procedures including ablations and pacemaker insertions.
• Maintain and operate specialized equipment such as Impella and IABP.
• Adhere to strict protocols for handling emergency situations, participating in an "Emergency Team" as necessary.
• Document procedures accurately using EPIC with Cupid documentation.
• Contribute to team efficiency by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
• Provide care in line with the best-practice standards of the cardiology department.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R), and LSRTBE state license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab environment.
• Proficiency in using devices such as IVUS, Shockwave, and Rotoblator.
• Experience in STEMI care, with emphasis on achieving FTB/DTB < 60 minutes.
• Strong independent working capability in all CCL procedures.
• Comfortable sharing expertise and supporting others in a team environment.
