Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified MRI Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operational commencement of a new Mobile MRI unit.
• Conduct MRI scans including Brain, Spine, MRA, Body, and MSK studies.
• Ensure effective communication with physicians and work independently as a lone technologist.
• Manage patient preparation and operate Siemens MRI equipment efficiently.
• Start IVs as needed for imaging procedures.
• Utilize EPIC and Fuji PACS systems for electronic medical records and imaging archiving.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA required).
• Certified MRI Technologist with ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT and WV MRI license.
• Experience in conducting up to 14 MRI scans per day in varied studies.
• Proficient in using EPIC charting systems and Siemens equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team communication.
• Ability to work two 12-hour shifts per week with no weekend or holiday requirements.
