Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cardiology Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Scrub and monitor Electrophysiology (EP) lab cases.
- Competently handle device implants, EP ablations, and LAAO cases.
- Understand EP lab, cardiolab pacing, and ablating.
- Manage approximately 20-25 patients per day across 7 labs.
- Utilize Cerner and transition to Epic in October, and use Merge in the Cath/EP Lab.
- Collaborate effectively with a manager on shift who does not take assignments.
Qualifications
- ARRT and/or RCIS/RCES certification with Arkansas limited x-ray license required.
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
- Proven experience as an EP Tech is highly preferred.
- Ability to work 4x10 hour shifts per week with call requirements.
- Prior experience with Cerner EMR, transitioning to Epic.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to call within 30 minutes.
