Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate cath lab equipment, ensuring operational readiness and quality control compliance.
Collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient care and departmental efficiency.
Utilize fluoro imaging and digital image acquisition to support catheterization procedures.
Document patient information accurately and maintain patient safety standards during procedures.
Act as radiation safety representative during procedures, ensuring compliance with protocols.
Engage in aseptic techniques and uphold patient safety and infection control measures.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or related associate's degree required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
0-1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA only).
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required (AHA only).
One or more of the following certifications preferred: RCIS, RCES, RCS, Radiography (R), CI, CV, VI, AB, OB/GYN, AE, RVT
