Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Pediatric Acute Care (Float) with Clinical Resource Team - Float Pool to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide care to patients in PICU, NICU, CICU, and other acute care floors as needed.
Perform 1:1 patient observation assignments when required.
Comply with all hospital and departmental policies, including blackout dates for holidays.
Coordinate with the Clinical Resource Team to adhere to scheduling and float requirements.
Participate in the facility's quality improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Current and unencumbered Colorado RN license required.
Minimum 2 years of pediatric critical care experience necessary.
Prior travel experience required, no first-time travelers accepted.
Certifications: BLS, PALS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP preferred.
Must be willing to float to various critical care units as needed.
