Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to pediatric patients within the PICU.
Float between PICU, NICU, CICU, and other critical care departments as needed.
Perform patient assessments and critical monitoring with precision.
Develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain patient health records.
Participate in patient intubation, CPR, and other advanced life-saving procedures.
Communicate effectively with families regarding patient conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Current Colorado RN License required.
Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Critical Care experience required.
Prior travel experience required; not considering first-time travelers.
BLS, PALS (AHA), and ACLS (AHA) certifications required.
Willingness to float across diverse departments including ICU experience.
