Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to low-risk patients over 36 weeks gestation.
• Administer and titrate drips such as Oxytocin and Magnesium Sulfate as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and recognize patterns using Phillips monitors and OBIX system.
• Maintain clear and accurate patient records using EPIC charting system.
• Participate in on-call duties and provide support to other units when required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with valid state credentials.
• At least two years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications are required.
• Experience with CPAP usage for newborns at high elevation.
• Competence in reading and interpreting EFM strips independently.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and fulfill call requirements.
