Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy to pediatric and neonatal patients.
Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' respiratory function and document observations.
Work collaboratively with healthcare team across different hospital units.
Adhere to all scheduled shifts, including assigned holidays.
Comply with float requirements within the hospital network.

Qualifications

Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
Minimum 3 years of Pediatric ICU and Neonatal ICU experience.
Prior travel assignment experience required.
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC Verification.
Ability to work observed holidays within the contract period.
