Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 NICU setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs.
- Adapt to floating between NICU, Pediatrics, and PICU as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Ensure availability to work two of the three major holidays as scheduled.
Qualifications
- BSN required, RN licensure mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience.
- Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
- Prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
- Comfort with patients from birth to 18 years is beneficial.
- Pediatric/PICU experience is preferred.
