Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 3-D and digital mammography screenings and diagnostics.
- Perform fine needle aspirations and needle localizations as required.
- Utilize Hologic 3D and Affirm BX equipment effectively.
- Maintain radiation safety and universal precautions during all procedures.
- Ensure accurate patient documentation in the preferred charting system.
- Collaborate with radiology team for interdisciplinary support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mammography Tech.
- Current ARRT M* and ARRT R certification.
- Valid California state license, compact license required at submission.
- Proficiency in performing diagnostic and screening mammograms.
- BLSSkills certification for patient safety management.
- Experience with outpatient care in adult and geriatric populations.
