Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide rapid response services in critical care scenarios utilizing expertise in neonatal and pediatric care.
- Manage care for preemies (28 weeks and above) with knowledge of central lines and respiratory technologies.
- Perform complex procedures including central line insertions and emergency neonatal care interventions.
- Document patient care and treatment using CPN and Meditech systems effectively.
- Float between NICU, PICU, Pediatrics, and CICU as needed to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and experience.
Qualifications
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required for consideration.
- Minimum of 1 year level III NICU experience required.
- Proficiency in respiratory management, including care for intubated patients.
- Experience with surgical and cardiac patient populations, especially fragile infants.
- Expertise in managing neonatal central lines and respiratory aids such as CPAP and oscillators.
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holiday shifts as part of the care team.
