Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in a 3-suite Cath Lab, managing 13 cases daily.
• Sedate and monitor patients, ensuring meticulous compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with a team, including 2 RAD techs and 2 RNs, for each procedure.
• Assist in the diagnosis and interventional procedures, including PCI, TEE, and more.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EPIC, pre and post-procedure.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with experience in cath lab environments.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum of one year of cath lab experience; prior travel experience preferred.
• Proficient with EPIC EMR, especially CUPID for scheduling and documentation.
• Must possess strong critical thinking and procedural skills.
• Flexibility to work staggered shifts and on-call as needed.
