Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to pediatric and NICU III patients.
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling and weekend availability as needed.
- Administer diagnostic and therapeutic procedures outlined in physician orders.
- Document patient care activities and complete all required records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for enhanced patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuous education and stay current with respiratory care practices.
Qualifications
- Current certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP required; verification required upon submission.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with valid credentials, CRT not accepted.
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in pediatrics and NICU III environments.
- Previous travel experience preferred.
- Experience in a teaching hospital setting is required.
- Proficiency in Epic EMR within the past 2 years is nonnegotiable and essential.
