Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation treatment to patients accurately and safely.
- Conduct CT simulations as per prescribed protocols.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of radiation therapy equipment such as Varian True Beam.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Mosaiq and Epic systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams to provide optimal care.
- Adhere to facility policies and compliance standards including safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- Completion of a JRCERT accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
- Certification as ARRT(T) Radiation Therapist.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Proficiency in administering radiation therapy and conducting CT simulations.
- Experience with Varian True Beam and CT Scanner preferred.
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency outside restricted radius.
