Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Administer radiation therapy treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Utilize TrueBeam equipment to deliver accurate and safe radiation doses.
Collaborate with oncology teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Monitor patient reactions and address any immediate concerns during therapy.
Perform regular equipment checks and report any malfunctions promptly.
Maintain patient records and documentation using Epic and Aria systems.

Qualifications

Current ARRT(T) certification and AHA BLS certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy required.
Proven expertise with TrueBeam equipment mandatory.
Experience with charting systems Epic and Aria preferred.
Demonstrated ability in Adult Acute Care and familiarity with IGRT and SRS/SBRT techniques.
Effective communication and teamwork skills essential.
