Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist cardiologists with electrophysiology procedures using sterile techniques.
- Facilitate pacemaker and AICD implants with optimal patient care.
- Support generator changes and lead revisions efficiently.
- Conduct EP studies and ablation procedures adhering to protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Coordinate patient preparation and oversee post-procedure recovery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of electrophysiology or cath lab experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt to variable hours.
- Experience with scrub techniques and EP lab procedures.
