Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy care for neonatal patients in the NICU.
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer and monitor respiratory therapy treatments and equipment.
Float to Pediatrics as needed based on experience.
Obtain necessary certifications including BLS, NRP, PALS, and maintain active licensing.
Work every other weekend as required by facility scheduling.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
Valid RRT certification and applicable state license.
Experience with EPIC charting system is a plus.
Pediatric experience valuable for floating requirements.
Certifications required: BLS, NRP, PALS.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
