Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Coordinate patient schedules to optimize treatment sessions and minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
• Assist with the preparation and positioning of patients for treatment.
• Operate radiation therapy equipment, including TrueBeam, with precision and safety.
• Work collaboratively with the oncology team to monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary.

Qualifications

• ARRT (T) certification and AHA BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Experience with TrueBeam and the ability to manage a busy workflow.
• Knowledge of IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), and External Beam Therapy.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to float to sister facilities as required.
