Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform complex diagnostic and interventional procedures including PCI, structural heart, and electrophysiology interventions.
Accurately monitor and interpret patient cardiac rhythms during procedures.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of equipment and tools utilized in cath lab operations.
Coordinate and participate in on-call rotation as scheduled, including one weekend every 5-6 weeks.
Ensure strict adherence to sterile procedures and protocols.
Document all patient care activities in the EPIC system comprehensively and accurately.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in a cath lab setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Holding either ARRT-R or CCI RCIS certification is essential.
Valid Washington State RT or CIS License is mandatory.
Applicants must have experience with community hospitals.
Travel experience is strongly preferred.
