Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct echo and stress echo examinations, including TEE and vascular exams such as carotid, venous, and arterial upper and lower tests.
Perform an average of 25-30 scans per day, ensuring accuracy and quality of imaging studies.
Collaborate with cardiologists to interpret results and ensure comprehensive patient care.
Manage imaging equipment, including Phillips machines and Mckesson/CHC software systems.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Be available for on-call duties approximately once a week and adhere to holiday and weekend call requirements.

Qualifications

Current BLS Certification required.
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification via ARDMS.
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification via ARDMS.
Experience with vascular studies and echo procedures is essential.
Ability to operate Phillips imaging equipment and use Mckesson/CHC EMR systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment.
