Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Tech - Neuro to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing complex interventional radiology procedures with precision and care.
- Ensure proper use of sterile techniques and radiation safety measures at all times.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotations, maintaining a response time within the required radius.
- Document procedures and patient responses using the facility's charting system.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Current BLS and ARRT (R) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology, including neuro procedures.
- Proficient in the use of protective gear and adhering to isolation precautions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Agency must supply a radiation badge; facility does not provide them to travelers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
