Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging, CT Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans and provide accurate diagnostic information.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with radiology team members and interdisciplinary staff.
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions for repair.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) effectively, specifically Cerner.
- Participate in emergency care, handling trauma, stroke, and acute cases.
Qualifications
- State license and relevant certifications required; ARRT (CT) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, handling trauma and stroke cases.
- Experience working in a Level 2 Trauma and Stroke Center.
- Ability to work night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Thursday.
- Must reside over 50 miles from Fort Wayne, Indiana; local candidates are not accepted.
