About the Position
Specialty: RN – Mother Baby Postpartum
Experience: 1–2+ years in postpartum and mother-baby nursing
License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS, NRP – AHA required
Must-Have: Experience with postpartum recovery, newborn assessments, lactation support, and family education
Description: The RN in the Mother Baby Postpartum unit provides comprehensive care for postpartum mothers and their newborns. This includes physical assessments, emotional support, breastfeeding assistance, discharge planning, and education on infant care and maternal recovery.
Requirements
Required for Onboarding:
- Active RN License
- BLS
- NRP
