Specialty: Registered Nurse – Home Health
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health experience required
License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS (with expiration date)

Description:
We are hiring a skilled Home Health RN to provide in-home nursing care and patient education. Candidates must be experienced in wound care, IV therapy, and OASIS documentation. Reliable transportation is required as the role involves travel between patient homes.
This is a day shift position with occasional weekend or holiday coverage. Candidates must complete compliance requirements within 4–6 weeks. Voice advantage and nurse manager interviews are required. Any missed shifts must be made up according to department policy.
