About the Position
\nSpecialty: Registered Nurse – NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Level III or IV NICU experience required
License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS, NRP required – include expiration dates
Must-Have: All time-off requests must be submitted with the initial application
Description:
We are seeking a skilled NICU RN to provide specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns in a Level III/IV NICU setting. Must be proficient in neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and family-centered care.
This is a 12-hour shift role with weekend, holiday, and possible on-call requirements. Floating to similar acuity areas may be required. Compliance onboarding typically takes 4–6 weeks. A voice and nurse manager interview are mandatory. Missed shifts due to callouts must be made up.
