We believe that being hard on the process and easy on the people leads to better quality outcomes.4 Central utilizes Visual Management to track CAUTI/CLABSIs, HAPUs, Length of Stay, Falls, Injuries, etc. Each day, team members take part in Interdisciplinary Rounding. This takes place with the physician, RN, social work, case management and pharmacy. Discussion about the plan of care and the quality issues and risks that may be affecting patient care and disposition are brought forward and reviewed. 4 Central team members are integral participants in our processes to improve the quality of the care we provide.When joining UVA and 4 Central, we provide: Experience with a wide variety of medical patients, disease processes, and telemetry. Experience with many medical treatments and different medication regimens. Development of astute assessment skills. Special Equipment : * Over head ceiling lifts* Peritoneal dialysis equipment #Tier2 Travel Compliance RTO - Travelers are only guaranteed up to 40 hours of RTO per 13-week contract. Please confirm RTO requests are accurate at time of submission. No additional RTO requests will be approved after acceptance. If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between Sign Date and Start Date, this must be communicated to the Client Delivery Manager at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested Experience - Please refer to the job description for required experience. Valid State License - Will accept pending licenses, but must have license in-hand the Wednesday before start date. However, RRT travelers must have license in-hand at time of submission Mile Radius Rule - select units have a 50 mile travel restriction, any units not listed do not have a mile radius rule.
