Travelers must work every other holiday but prefer 2/3 holidays or Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and NYE. Traveler is expected to float within skill set Charting Exp Required - Epic computer charting is preferred but not required Background Policy - Background Checks: DUIs are generally allowed as long as there is not a pattern of them Return Staff Rules - Former Eisenhower Medical Center employees must have been gone for 2 or more years to be able to return as a traveler. Scheduling Requests - Candidate should be flexible with scheduling, and any out of norm requests should be submitted with profile *Block scheduling is rarely granted. Extensions : Only one extension is allowed and then the traveler must take the length of the original contract and extension combined off before being able to return to EMC as a traveler again. So, if they work a 13 week contract and then do one 13 week extension then the traveler must take 26 week off before they can return back to them as a traveler again.
