Our unit also has a surgical population including: joint replacements, mastectomy, hernia repairs, and small bowel obstructions. EKG/Dysrhythmia exam is required for ALL RN units except the following: Antepartum, Behavioral Health, Family Birth Center, Inpatient Rehab, Interventional Radiology, IV Therapy, Labor Delivery, NICU, Nuclear Cardio Stress, Nursery, Nursing Administration, Postpartum.
