Former permanent staff must be gone 12 months to come back as a traveler . Chemo RN Position - Whenever a Chemo RN is submitted they must be chemo certified and the certificate must be included when submitting the profile to the facility. CVOR/CVOR Tech Positions - This position requires fresh heart experience as a requirement. The facility is requiring a 1-2 sentence summary of traveler s fresh heart xp to be sent over with the profile. CVICU Positions - This position requires fresh heart exp and 3's or 4's on the cardiovascular section of the ICU skill list. Submittal Details: #Tier3 Travel ComplianceRTO no more than 10 days.
