Similiar to step - down at times. ICU is next to this floor - patients typically come from ICU. ICU and floor staff work closely together. Epidural postop patients Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Travel Compliance RTO: Keep RTO (Requests for Time Off) to a minimum, preferably no requests for time off in the first two weeks of the assignment, or for full calendar weeks off during assignment. Any RTO must be approved and documented prior to start of assignment. HOLIDAYS: Expect to work some holidays.
