Cases range from routine Neuro (head, MRV,MRA,TOF imaging, Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar spines), Body Imaging (Abdomen, Pelvis, MRA, Elastrography, Enterography, Defecography, Prostate), routine MSK including Arthrograms, MRI Whole Body Imaging, Cardiac Imaging and MR imaging with Anesthesia assistance. Patient population ranges from Neonate to Geriatrics and patient diagnoses from routine,MS workup,new diagnosis of cancer to re-staging and follow up treatment exams with multiple disease processes identified as well. Implants and pacemakers both conditional and non conditional types are scanned as well in the area. The area runs outpatients and inpatients 7 days a week. Special Equipment : - #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO should be included at the time of submission (will be approved by unit manager on WOC; no other guaranteed time off. No time off will be granted during the first of week of the traveler s assignment), SSN, DOB, address, phone, and email. Please also make sure to address the traveler s shift availability upfront. Minimum 1 year experience required. VA or compact state must be in hand at time of submittal Locals accepted at same base rate. No radius rules for applicants 2 References Required Candidates will float within scope if needed. BSN preferred. EPIC charting experience required Facility will review all background hits, etc. Return Staff Policy: Both travelers and permanent staff must be gone for one year before being eligible to return as a traveler. VCU has a natural nail policy. All ER and Psych candidates are required to submit to fingerprinting as outlined in the code of Virginia, 37.1-183.3. The average turnaround time for the results is 15-20 business days. Candidates are NOT allowed to start with results pending. Please plan start dates accordingly. Modules: All VCU candidates will be assigned modules during orientation on the VCU Learning Exchange. Modules are non-billable, average 6 hours of modules factored in NBO Modules are completed during orientation, and vary by specialty.
