Focus on pressure injury wounds; interface as needed with patients primary nurses and/or educators; prioritize identification of opportunities to reduce and prevent pressure injuries. Maintain an Excel spreadsheet for patients with a pressure injury, documenting key metrics (e.g., staging, whether hospital-acquired or present on admission, etc.); collect additional information to support deeper-dive analysis and identify priority areas of opportunity. Participate in wound rounds and prevalence studies; document detailed data from the wound care nurse perspective to highlight opportunities for follow-up by the leadership team.SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING================================ Charting: EPIC experience required Every Other Weekend RTO/Block & Scheduling Requests: Priority given to submits with a screenshot confirming RTO and schedule requests. No requests approved after offer. Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
