Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)-Pending State License accepted: Can submit with pending license but must have active WV license in hand to start assignment-No RTO restrictions - discuss with manager in interview-Guaranteed Hours: 40hrs/week-Special Requirements: see cert and license requirementsSubmission Requirements:-Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm-Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF.
