Inpatient (25%) acute, ICU, SNF, and outpatient (75%) settings._ PT in rural Kauai requires independence and thorough care approaches for all outpatient diagnoses, and acute to SNF inpatient mobility progression with knowledge of discharge planning.PT is required to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in our hospital based Outpatient PT Clinic.A full PT schedule is a mix of in and outpatients every 30-45 minutes (one hour new eval's), which could be between 5 and 15 patients per day.\_\___**you will need to get Hawaii PT license asap**_ Additional Information:Holiday's - pay is based on hours worked day of: New Year s Day Independence Day Thanksgiving Christmas Day Once confirmed, please send a message to the facility via the Medefis portal with date of arrival on island as well as items remaining in order to complete compliance.
