If RTO is during the holidays, travelers must be willing to work 1 of the 3 holidays # of jobs in system we can sub 1 only Requires specific amount of exp. 1 -2 preferred experience, will accept first time travelers. Valid state license must be pending or candidate must be willing to participate in the Aya licensure project Mile Radius Rule Applies 50 Miles Local Rules Will not take locals Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by Depending on volume/census Copy of Certifications - Traveler agrees to obtain all required certs prior to start. Will take pending certs Charting Cerner experience required Background Policy to be noted prior to submission Nursys only Return Staff Policy must be gone 3 years before returning as a traveler The travelers need to complete up to 8hours of modules within 1 week of signing for Beacon Preferred Modules: Module hours are billable up to 8 hours, average 3-8 hours spent on modules Modules are completed pre-start Modules are self-reported Important Note on Beacon Assignments: Beacon is considered a sensitive account due to an increase in professional conduct concerns.
