One is mostly inpatient, ER, vascular, and procedures, the second is mostly out patients including breast ultrasound, and the Third area is ob. We try to rotate everyone through each area. Special Procedures/Unit Details : - Special Equipment : - #Tier3 Travel Compliance Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start. Last four of SSN RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post submission RTO will NOT be approved MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR. Max of one job per submittal Valid MT or Compact RN license (required at time of submission) Valid Allied license in hand (please ask AM if unsure) 50 mile local radius Local rule: accepted at lower BR **All travelers should be prepared to float within the facility** Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler Must include response to the following from the candidate with submission: Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem? If yes, please include location and dates worked. References Required: 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead No Call-In: Candidates should Not reach out to facility contacts directly unless it is for an agreed-upon interview that has been communicated by AM or PM Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
