They speak with patients in clinic about their coordinating care, call patients with results, triage phone calls, patient education, etc. They do not do chemo/infusion at all at this facility. Traveler responsibilities: Assigned to 1-2 providers, coordination of care, patient education and follow up.Outpatient Oncology work setting experience is Required AND EPIC experience is Required. Best case fitting candidate for them would have both outpatient oncology experience and EPIC experience but will SCREEN with someone with at least one. Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Crisis Response Compliance Candidate must go into the lab within 48 hours after signing. All testing must be completed within 48 hours. Submission Process : All units are utilizing Clinical for direct profile review Submission Details : Former Novant/New Hanover employees (PERM/PRN/EP) must wait 12 months before applying. Disclosure required (with hospital name/dates employed) at submission; facility approval needed. Current travel Per Diem clinicians aren't eligible for travel contracts they must choose one. Include status and intent in the submission. Local candidates ( 50 miles) : Lower rate applies. RTO : Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays). Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO during first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing. NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. Floating: Candidates must be open to floating within/near facility per job description. Travel pairs : Allowed (must be on different units and disclosed). Charting : See job description.
