Specialty: RN – Associate Director of Nursing
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership, preferably in long-term care or acute settings
License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS – AHA, ACLS preferred
Must-Have: Leadership, staffing coordination, regulatory compliance knowledge, excellent communication
Description: The Associate DON supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department. This role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, supporting compliance with state and federal regulations, managing audits, assisting in care planning, and serving as a liaison between staff, families, and administration.
