We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist MRI to: Perform technical imaging examinations and complex and specialized procedures utilizing a wide variety of imaging equipment and systems. Work independently in this position with all patient age groups and varying locations. Responsible for maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system. Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and to triage routine and emergent procedures. Participate in the instruction of other fellows, residents, physicians and visiting health care professionals and may also participate in clinical research. Special Equipment : ALL LOCATIONS - GE experience in the last 18 - 24 months required. **PE pulmonary embolism exam MRA - required ifworking PM's and/or weekends. The following criteria must be met in two attempts: Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3 rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure] Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the traveler fails the second attempt they will submit a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course to Vaya before a third attempt will be assigned. If the traveler does not pass after three attempts the assignment will be cancelled.
