If the mileage to the professional s first visit in a day and from the professional s final visit in a day is less than or equal to the distance between the professional s home and the Client s office, no reimbursement will be provided. All mileage shall be reimbursed at the IRS Standard Mileage Rate in effect at the time of travel. Traveler must begin lab work within 2 business days of acceptance, or they are at risk of cancellation Floating: All current and future travelers at the Valley Hospital Paramus and The Valley Hospital Float Pool are expected to float, as needed, to the Ridgewood Observation Unit (an offsite location in Ridgewood, NJ).
