Inpatient for UH.VI experience preferred (not a deal breaker)We have GE and Siemens equipment (preferred but not a deal breaker) Special Procedures/Unit Details : We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist Interventional to: Work collaboratively with Vascular Interventional and physicians and nurses. Use multiple imaging modalities for diagnostic and interventional purposes (Fluoro, Ultrasound, CT, and MR). Image inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, and intra-operative patients while using critical thinking skills. Special Equipment : Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required #Tier3 Travel Compliance Floating : Travelers are required to float as needed. Local Rule : 50 miles from the facility. Locals not accepted. Minimum experience : Inpatient RN travelers must have two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to . References : please remove all references. Pass /Fail Testing required with strict passing criteria. A telemetry exam will be required prior to start. The following criteria must be met in two attempts: Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3 rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure] Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the traveler fails the second attempt they will submit a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course to Vaya before a third attempt will be assigned. If the traveler does not pass after three attempts the assignment will be cancelled. This 469,000-square-foot ambulatory facility will house many specialties, including women s complex care, adult cancer care, advanced imaging and laboratory services and innovative clinical trials. It will be located across from East Madison Hospital on Eastpark Blvd. and is slated to open in fall 2024. Parking: Free parking onsite.
