RN Cardiology

Provided comprehensive nursing care to cardiology and telemetry patients, including those with heart failure, arrhythmias, and other acute cardiac conditions.
Monitored and interpreted cardiac telemetry rhythms, vital signs, and hemodynamic status, promptly responding to changes in patient condition.
Administered cardiac medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based practices.
Collaborated with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Educated patients and families on cardiac disease management, medications, lifestyle modifications, and post-discharge care.
Documented assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in Epic EMR while maintaining compliance with hospital standards.
