RN Cardiology
- Provided comprehensive nursing care to cardiology and telemetry patients, including those with heart failure, arrhythmias, and other acute cardiac conditions.
- Monitored and interpreted cardiac telemetry rhythms, vital signs, and hemodynamic status, promptly responding to changes in patient condition.
- Administered cardiac medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborated with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educated patients and families on cardiac disease management, medications, lifestyle modifications, and post-discharge care.
- Documented assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in Epic EMR while maintaining compliance with hospital standards.
