Will be expected to take overflow patients as well Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO - NO RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER AUTO OFFER # of jobs in a system we can sub: no preference Requires 2 years of experience Valid Maryland or Compact license required at time of submission References Required Locals accepted at same rate Candidates may float within facility, within scope. In addition, Radiology may float to an affiliate hospital nearby Copy of Certifications Return staff must be gone for at least 1 year and will be reviewed case by case Separation Policy : LBH- Sinai Hospital - does not allow travelers to work on assignment for more than 365 days, regardless of time off between contracts. A separation period of at least six months is required to return to this facility as a traveler.
